A rough overview of the general workflow:
If you're running a tournament, you go to the "Tournaments" tab, add a new tournament, create a roster of people playing in that tournament, then go to the pairing screen for each round and save. After the games are played, go to the "Results" tab, click on the tournament you just added, and click "Report Results". Then enter in the result for each game, and click "Save Results". This takes you to the "Export Reports" tab, where you can export the tournament results to an AccelRat or AGA formatted file.
If you're not running a tournament, but just recording games for e.g. a local club, then use the "Non-Tournament Games" tab. This is similar to the "Tournaments" tab, except there are no rounds and no auto-pairing—you just set up matches and click "Save". You can report the results of each game there, or you can set up the matches in advance and then report the results on the "Report Results" tab the same way as when running a tournament. Again, once you have the results reported for each game, simply go to the "Export Results" tab, select the games you want to export, and you can save them as either AccelRat or AGA formatted files.
